È autrice del libro best-seller su Amazon The Gaslighting Recovery Workbook: Healing from Emotional Abuse (Callisto Media, 2020), un libro di lavoro progettato per aiutare le persone a identificare, comprendere e iniziare a guarire dai traumi emotivi e dagli abusi causati dal gaslighting nelle relazioni interpersonali.

Amy è stata formata nella terapia dei Sistemi Familiari Interni di Livello 1. Fornisce anche una supervisione ai candidati LPC e si consulta regolarmente con altri clinici per quanto riguarda il trattamento dei figli adulti di narcisisti.
